Steps To Hire

We make the whole process simple. We are also available after the placement process if you should have any questions or concerns.

We provide all the forms necessary in your hiring process such as interview questions, family / nanny agreement, placement contract, and referrals for tax information.

1. Fill out Family Application (online application)
2. Agency representative will call you to go over application.
3. Family pays registration fee.
4. Agency starts the search and looks for qualified applicants to refer to family
5. Agency will e-mail applications to family along with the applicants references and what the references have said to one of our placement counselors.
6. Family contacts agency to interview the nannies they are interested in.
7. Nannies call family to set interview.
8. Family makes decision to hire.
9. Agency conducts background check.
10. Agency gives Family results of background screening.
11. Agency provides Family with a Family/Nanny agreement. Family and applicant fill out the agreement form together.
12. Family signs contract with Agency and pays placement fee.
13. Nanny begins work.
