"Leaving your child with anyone other than yourself is one of the most difficult things you will ever have to do. I have relied on Debbie and Houston Nanny for nearly six years to find the right nanny to care for my children. Debbie has proven to be extremely particular regarding the nannies that she recruits. I think another one of her specialties is the ability to match the right nanny to the right family. For example, some nannies specialize (and prefer) to care for small infants vs. those that prefer to care for the school age (where transporting to a variety of activities is a key need). I have trusted Debbie to find three nannies for our family over the past six years to meet our growing families ever-changing needs. I have always been delighted and pleased with the results. The background checks are extremely thorough and each nanny has had great references. I have always been able to directly contact the references (usually the families lived in a nearby neighborhood).
