Requirements of Our Nannies
Each nanny must have excellent recent professional childcare references.
We require them to have at least 3 references or 3 years recent references that we can call and verify.
Clear criminal background.
Nanny must be legal to work in the U.S.
Nanny must drive and have own car.
She must speak good English.
At least 19 years of age.
CPR / First Aid or willing to take the training.
What We Do For Our Families
We only refer pre-screened nannies.
Family will receive a complete profile on the nanny's referred.
We check their references. Family will get a copy of their references and what the references have said to us when we called them.
Family will receive copies of childcare certificates, CPR / First Aid, etc. if applicable.
We conduct a national criminal court search and a Texas sexual offenders search. We also check their driving records and social security verification. The background check is done when the family selects a nanny they would like to hire. Most of the time we can have the results the same day.
We give the family copies of the background reports upon hire of a permanent employee.
We provide a Family/Nanny Agreement for the family and nanny to complete together.
We provide a 90 day replacement guarantee.
